Three engagement types built for C-suite leaders at scaling businesses. Senior Partners on every project. Start with a four-week roadmap or scope a longer engagement.

What we do

What does SeidrLab do?

SeidrLab is a boutique AI advisory and transformation consultancy for scaling businesses with 30 to 400 employees. We help C-suite leaders prioritise where AI fits, build the first projects that prove value, and govern the rollout responsibly. We are a consulting firm, not a tech vendor, which means our recommendations are vendor-agnostic and our incentive is to be right, not to sell software. Engagements start at a four-week AI Transformation Roadmap, with longer consulting and training engagements scoped against the roadmap.

Four ways to work with us

Four ways to work with us

The right starting point

Where most engagements start

Almost every SeidrLab engagement starts with the AI Transformation Roadmap. There is a reason for that.

Most organisations we speak to know AI matters. They do not know which use cases will actually return value at their scale, which will burn six months and quietly fail, and which require a data foundation that is not in place yet. The roadmap answers all three questions in four weeks for a fixed fee. It gives the board a defensible decision, and it gives the leadership team a sequence that builds the organisation's own capability rather than creating dependency on us.

After the roadmap, the next step depends on the recommendation. A tactical first use case becomes a Sprint. Ongoing strategic guidance becomes an Advisory retainer. A multi-quarter program with a need for senior leadership inside the business becomes an Embedded engagement. Some clients move through all three. Some take the roadmap, implement internally, and come back later. Both are fine.

If you already know what you need, skip the roadmap and book a discovery call. We will tell you on the call whether a roadmap is genuinely needed or whether you are ready to scope direct execution.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does SeidrLab actually do?

SeidrLab is an AI advisory and transformation consultancy. We help C-suite leaders at scaling businesses prioritise AI investments, build the first systems that prove value, and govern the rollout responsibly. We are a consulting firm, not a tech vendor or a dev shop. Our recommendations are vendor-agnostic, and our entry product is a four-week AI Transformation Roadmap that ends with a board-ready document.

How much does SeidrLab cost?

The AI Transformation Roadmap is a fixed fee of $35,000 AUD plus GST for a four-to-five week engagement, typically four. AI Consulting and Bespoke AI Training engagements are scoped against your situation and quoted as a fixed fee before signing. The fastest way to get a realistic number is a 30-minute discovery call.

Where is SeidrLab based and where do you work?

SeidrLab is headquartered in Australia, which is our primary market. We also have a presence and historical clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. On-site workshops, board presentations, and kick-off sessions are run where the client wants them.

How long does it take to get started?

Typical time from first contact to the start of an engagement is two to three weeks. The discovery call takes 30 minutes. A proposal review call is booked five to seven days later. Once the SOW is signed, kick-off is scheduled within a week.

What industries do you work with?

We work with any business that has an engaged leadership team ready to take on AI. We generally focus on industry associations, professional services firms (legal, accounting, engineering, project management consulting), private equity and M&A advisory firms, media technology, real estate, and select industrial mid-market.

Will I work with senior people or junior consultants?

Senior Partners. The four named Partners and a small bench of senior practitioners. No juniors learning on your engagement. No bait-and-switch where the Partners pitch the work and a junior team delivers it.

Do you build the systems you recommend?

Yes, where it makes sense. The Sprint and Embedded modes of AI Consulting are how we build. We do not insist on building everything ourselves: many clients use the AI Transformation Roadmap to align an internal team or evaluate external vendors. We are vendor-agnostic, and our incentive is to be right about what to build, not to maximise our scope.

What is the difference between Advisory, Sprint, and Embedded?

Advisory is a retainer for ongoing strategic guidance: an agreed allocation of hours each month with Senior Partners plus async support. Sprint is a fixed-scope build of a defined AI use case, typically four-to-twelve weeks. Embedded is a fractional leadership engagement where a Senior Partner sits inside your team for three-to-twelve months as fractional cover for any C-suite role, drawing on Partners and specialists across the team. All three are scoped from the same roadmap document.

The right place to start is a 30-minute call.

We will talk through your situation, suggest the right entry point (roadmap, consulting, or training), and tell you honestly if SeidrLab is not the right fit. No deck, no pitch.
