Humble beginnings
Harry Peppitt founded SeidrLab in 2020, after a decade of freelancing in data science across Australia, Europe and the US.
Those early projects evolved into frameworks built to tackle real business challenges, not just technical ones. SeidrLab has since grown into a global team of professionals with robust practices, expanding the work from a one-person consultancy into a company trusted to guide organisations through the shift from data to AI and emerging technologies, and from experiments to full-scale transformation.
We chose Seidr (SAY-der) because it means wisdom and foresight in Old Norse, historically about guiding leaders through uncertainty. Today, it’s a reminder of the qualities required for AI transformation: clarity, vision, and trusted guidance at moments of change.
