Justin Hancock

Justin is an award-winning software technology executive with over 15 years of global experience across 20+ markets, leading product strategy at high-growth technology companies. He has driven transformations at multiple companies that were subsequently acquired, including Just Eat Takeaway.com (peak $18.9B valuation) and Humn.ai (acquired by AON). Just prior to joining SeidrLab as a Partner, he was Vice President of Product at StarRez, a leading Vista Private Equity investment ($100bn+ under management).

His Product, Marketing, Design and Pricing leadership experience spans 10 industries and includes AI implementation, international expansion, and complex M&A integrations. He has worked in small (<50) to large scale entities (+15,000 employees), from VC funded startups, to Private Equity owned SaaS and public technology businesses. He was also previously a startup Founder himself.

At SeidrLab, Justin draws on that track record to lead AI transformation engagements where product, data, and engineering have to move together. His default frame is the operating-model implication, not the tooling decision.
