He combines dual strengths as both strategist and hands-on builder, bridging AI and intelligent agent system capabilities into concrete business outcomes while maintaining deep technical implementation expertise.

Patrick is a proven engineering leader and developer advocate, guiding diverse teams through complex growth and transformation initiatives across venture-backed startups and mission-driven organisations. His specialisation in modern technology stacks includes deep expertise in Inngest, Mastra, Nx, Langchain, Next.js, and Phoenix Framework, alongside scalable SaaS architectures and intelligent agent design.

Patrick is also a regular speaker on site reliability and chaos engineering, and works as a translator between engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams. At SeidrLab he leads the build side of AI engagements: designing and shipping the intelligent agent systems that sit underneath client operations.
