A. No sale of data

We strictly do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise on-sell your personal or company data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours; we only process it to provide our services to you.

B. Third-party service providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors who perform services for us. These partners are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

  • Website hosting: our site is built on Astro and hosted on Cloudflare. Data you submit through the site passes through Cloudflare’s infrastructure.
  • Client management: contact details submitted via forms are stored and managed in Clarify CRM.
  • Analytics: we use PostHog to understand website traffic and user behaviour.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

  • PostHog: we use PostHog cookies to collect anonymous traffic data. This helps us understand how users find and use our site. You can opt out of PostHog tracking by declining analytics cookies via the banner at the bottom of the page, or by changing your browser settings to block cookies from our domain.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

  • Right to delete: you may request that we delete your personal information.
